Heavy duty; works as advertised.
I bought the product to move a 3000lb trailer out of a tight space, but ended up able to eek out of the space without it. I did use it to move a lighter, maybe 3/4 ton utility trailer several times. The product is indeed heavy duty. It can probably hold more than you are able to push or pull without some mechanical assistance. The hard casters are not going to roll on gravel and are likely to sink into turf (haven't tried but feel confident in that assertion). Some dollies provide lifting power under the ball. This dolly height does not adjust. So you'll need a jack to get the trailer hitch on the ball. I used a floor jack.Overall, the product is great for what it is. I don't think I'll get as much use out of it as i originally expected. Before you buy this product, ask yourself, is my trailer on a flat. Smooth, paved surface? The dolly can take the weight, but will the human be able to move it? There are lighter weight options with tires that might do better on uneven surfaces.

Trailer tug
It works awesome. At 73 years old it helps me maneuver my boat a lot easier inside my garage. Its easy to hookup to my boat and it feels sturdy. The price was a great value compared to some of the other dollies I had looked at. Thanks to all the other reviews I received on this product made it and easy decision for me to purchase it. Thanks again mike 👍

Disappointing experience with trailer tug
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the Trailer Tug, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Despite being advertised as capable of supporting a significant weight, it collapsed under a load that should have been well within its limits. The mechanism broke during use, leaving me frustrated and unable to complete my task. Additionally, I have been having a hard time reaching customer support to either get a refund or find a suitable solution to this problem.Overall, I cannot recommend the Trailer Tug based on my experience. It’s essential for a product like this to be reliable, and sadly, that was not the case here.---Feel free to adjust any part of the review to better match your voice!I recently purchased the Trailer Tug, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Good, but may have to be altered (raised ball hitch) to ensure turning ability.
Good quality and works ok. Hard to turn the nose wheel when you need to turn. Also beware. I had to buy a really long shaft ball hitch and use a lot of washers to ensure it is level and it will turn without interfering with the trailer front leveling shaft..

WORTH the money and easy to push or pull the trailer
I bought it to bring my two jet skis in our garage for winter storage. I did need two to push the ski trailer in the garage. One to guide it in the back and two of us to push it in. UNIT is perfect. DOES the job. I should have enclosed a photo of it. Maybe I will. I would buy this.

Moved 11000 pound camper.
I moved a 11000 pound camper 15 feet over gravel using mats under the tugs tires so they didn’t sink. Worked great, I found stopping to be harder than starting because I was working on a slight decline so I used cinderblocks placed a few feet in front of the tires to make sure I could stop it. Brake on tug worked good to hold in place but not to stop momentum.

Easy to use. I am a 5 foot woman and can move our 36 foot pontoon in the pole barn by my self.Best product and best design. Love it

It's not sturdy
So I bought this for my enclosed trailer , be advice you cannot pull this on any type of surface, unless if it's a flat surface, Also my trailer is 2500lbs all together, and trying to push it backwards you might collapse your entire trailer , Because the back part of the tug is going up in the air.., the handle should have been made in a way that it can be extended for tall people like myself.. I would recommend it for smaller sized trailers or boats. My trailer is a seven by Fourteen - 900lbs with nothing inside, 2500lbs with my items inside.. it's just okay
