This looks very beautiful in the picture but for $26 I cannot believe how cheaply made this is. There is no clasp on the cord but even worse as soon as I took it out of the beautiful packaging the pendant fell off and it cannot be reconnected and I was just shocked. The merkaba sign itself is not centered within the pendant either it's hard to the left and that really is not attractive at all. I wanted to write to them and ask them to replace it but I can't even find a place to contact them. I really would not recommend this particular pendant at all

Came packaged beautifully, but within weeks it’s already fallen apart. The pin used to hold the pendant is so small, it’s not the proper hardware for this size jewelry by any means. Would like a refund or a replacement, but can’t find where to contact the seller.Really upset bc my mom loves the pendant, bought for mother’s day but here we are with barely a paper weight.

Looked nice and arrived promptly. However the first time my wife wore the necklace the pendant fell off. It appears the pendant only had an ultra fine wire stuck in the side of it and that was supposed to hold it together. The weight of the pendant caused the wire to immediately fall out.

The product was damaged on the back: there is a crack in the resin the size of 3mm by 3mm that can be seen and also felt when gliding a finger across the surface. If the item had been properly tested after manufacture and before shipping, they would have noticed it. I cannot gift this item; it is useless as a present.

Quite beautiful but the pendant fell off after a few weeks. I wore it constantly. Just superglued and it’s as good as new. Still wear it a lot.

This is the second necklace I received and both of them fell apart the first day worn.

It's gorgeous and the packaging is nice but the pendant falls off of the necklace. Had to super glue it back together.
