Description very confusing.. happy birthday foil did not delivered.(only balloons) .really upset..as i opened the packing same day to give surprise but Happy birthday foil item misssing..if there was negative feedback , i could have given that negative feedback..(minus star rating) .. will never order anything from this vendor in my life and will not suggest anyone to order..
