Will this pressure pot allow me to cast epoxy resin?

Yes, If you are using molds. I modded mine to to the epoxy resin task quiet nicely. The dip tube was a chore to take out. If you never want to use it as a paint pot just cut it off. It holds pressure for 24+ hours no problem.

Does this work for spraying automobile and trucks with single stage enamel paints?

I used my sprayer for an oil based paint for wood fencing. But i will tell you that it done an exceptional job and also the spray nozzle is adjustable. I would recommend this sprayer.

Is moisture an issue with using the compressor method

It can be. You should always use a moisture trap between the air compressor and the pressure pot. You want to stop the moisture from reaching the pressure pot and contaminating whatever type of finish you are using. If you live in an area with high humidity levels, moisture will build more rapidly than in drier climates.

What is the warranty? After a year one of the threaded screw downs got stripped.

I don't know the answer but a Heli-Col would fix it in less than an hour.
