Honestly, I don't think it really has a weigh limit. I don't think there is anything you could put inside the bag to break it. It is built like a tank with a solid bottom, wheels and handle. I stack items on top of the bag to roll it into the jobsite and haven't had an issue.

Is this one comes with lockable zipper for security?

I am going to say No. Now if you found a thin lock that would fit on the zipper tab, there is a tab on the closed end that you could slip a lock through. It would just need to be a pretty thin lock in order to go through the zipper.

What are actual interior dimensions when zipped closed? Considering this for transporting a sewing machine.
