Buyer Beware!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. No matter what I did, following all the troubleshooting tips I found online from the company and other sources, it didn't work. Basically no water was coming through the device amregardleas of what level I had the cartridge set to. When I tried to return it, Cirkul's policy is not to accept it, so I'm out the money and have an unusable product sitting in my kitchen (which will now be thrown out). Cirkul's policy is also to handle the return/refund requests when it comes to this so I stead of refunding my money they are sending me another lid to try which from all the troubleshooting research I did, seems like it won't work! There is more info out there about the product not working as advertised than it working. I can't even get in contact with Amazing about it. Overall a very disappointing purchase and customer service experience.Edit to add, I've reached out to Cirkul support and they refuse to do anything other than keep sending me replacement lids to "fix the issue". DO NOT BUY, AVOID THIS COMPANY!
