Affordable and small. Great portable radio for outdoor events, Scouting events, sporting events. Easy to use and good reception. Very easy to pack for travel since it is small and very lightweight. I used it alot when I travel and listento news on NPR and local radio broadcast events for sports.

U get what u pay for. This is a nice and small transistor radio; however, I have to watch where I sit it, as it sometimes gets very static. Have to move it about...even the antenna, and it still gets static. If no static, then it is great!

Nice small sized radio. I have picked up several shortwave stations with it. Due to small size of speaker, do not expect high quality audio sound. You’ll need headphones for that. But works well for its size and would be great for fishing trips, camping, or just general portable listening.

Small but powerful. Purchased for the drive in movies and works perfectly! The whole family had a great time and no issues hearing the movies. Great price. Can’t beat it.

Good for the price but not great. I was tuning around on my Radio Shack DX-398 yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Having purchased it when it came out for around $200, my perception of price versus performance was set back then. Fast forward to today with this little radio a fair comparison is made by these two data points and my expectations are still intact. You get a $10 radio for $10 performance. Am I satisfied? You bet. Are there better performers? You bet. Would I take this radio traveling? You bet. Would I cry if it got lost? No way. Just buy another one. That’s this radios shining quality.

Great player. I love this . This is very good gift for my dad. He love this gift. Its woks perfect as described. Volume work well. All the channel work perfectly. Will buy one more soon
