Q: does it come with staples and if not what staples are for this machine

It does not come with staple, however, it takes standard staples. This stapler is loud but work very well and has not jammed.

Q: Can this stapler handle 30 pages of standard weight paper without jamming?

NO it will not, It says it will, but I just bought it. My documents are normally between 15 and 22 pages, so I thought this would be great. If its a 17 or more page doc I have to staple it front and back.

Q: I have limited use of my hands and a regular stapler is painful for me to use, is this stapler easy to use without having to exert a lot of pressure?

I bought this stapler because I don't have great strength in my hands. I believe it is EASY to use without great pressure. You must limit the number of pages to under 25.
