The ones I bought the second week of November 2020 say they are good until December 31, 2020.

Can these be stored out of the fridge ?

Yes definitely only u have to refrigerator before u drink because if u drink cold tast better

Are you able to make these available thru ebt? try to choose my ebt and says seller not eligible for ebt. wanted 2 strawberry for my kids.

Amazon doesn't "make" a seller eligible to accept EBT they have to go through the process of being a registered EBT provider directly only then can Amazon allow the EBT payments to be available for that seller.

Do they have a sampler product? I'm not buying 24 of anything that may end up tasting like garbage.

I like all the flavors ( chocolate, strawberry and classic French Vanilla) my favorite is the Frenc Vanilla. Of course, chilled is the only way to drink them.
