No. Several 4-Tec models are available in RTR form, but the VXL version is only available this way.

no this is brushed. you need a brushless setup for 3c. you can run a 2cell at 6400.

It does not come with a body, but otherwise it is assembled and ready to run. You would need a battery and charger for the car and 4 x AA batteries for the transmitter.
