The Joystar electric bike has been a fantastic choice for our 7-year-old grandson. The looks are amazing—it’s styled like a real mountain bike and really stands out. The size is perfect for him (he’s 53 inches tall) and he rides it comfortably with no problem.The speed tops out at around 15 mph, which feels just right for a young rider—fast enough to be fun, but still safe for road use. The battery life is strong, giving us around 15 miles on a charge, and we love that the battery is removable for easy charging.The build quality and bike quality are excellent. Assembly was straightforward, and my grandson and his grandfather put it together without too much trouble. Initially, we had an issue with the battery not charging, but Joystar’s customer service was fantastic—they sent us a brand-new battery, and now everything works perfectly.Overall, this bike is well-made, fun, and reliable. It’s hard to find pedal-activated e-bikes in this category, and this one has been an excellent value. Thank you, Joystar, for such a solid product and great service!Now I would like to purchase a spare battery for our longer trips. Joystar can you help with that?

This product turned out to be too small for my son, and when I tried to return it, I was charged a return fee. Since it is sold by a third-party seller, the process was inconvenient, and I ended up wasting money. I would not recommend buying from them. Disadvantages of the E-bike1. High Price – The bike is very expensive compared to the quality received.2. Size Issues – The sizing is misleading; it is not suitable for older kids or taller riders.3. Return Hassle – Returning is not free; you are charged additional fees, which makes the purchase even more costly.4. Battery Limitations – Like many e-bikes, the battery life is limited and requires frequent recharging.5. Maintenance Costs – E-bike parts (battery, motor, controller) are more expensive to repair or replace than a regular bike.6. Weight – Heavier than a normal bike, which makes it difficult to carry or pedal without power.

The media could not be loaded. Best value for the money. Bike comes almost fully assembled. Just attach the pedals, handlebar and front wheel. For the price, its a great deal on a good electric kid's bike. My kids usually ride their $1,000 mountain bikes but they also love these ebikes that can take them all over town with ease. Can't complain for only being $300.Its pedal assist, no throttle, which is perfect to keep their legs moving. Easy to use control panel: on/off and three assist modes. Motor has enough power to climb steep hills even with a single speed drive train. Cable disk brakes work good.I bought two and both my kids love them.

Bike we received wouldn't turn on. We contacted the company; they were easy to work with & sent us a new one. The new bike worked well. Perfect for our 9 year old.

Our daughter loves her new bike! We ordered over the summer. Unfortunately, the collar for handle bars arrived damaged. We reached out the manufacturer and they shipped us a new part. Great service and a great bike!

Battery doesn't stay in all the way so when riding the bike, the power constantly cuts out. Literally every few minutes. Then have to getthe keys, unlock it and reinsert the battery. Only to have to do the same thing again within 5 minutes or lesa. Big hassle. Plus the bike is heavy so when the battery does cut out, riding it "normally" is hard for kids. Not worth the money. Poor quality and design. If they changed the design around and put the battery on top of the bar or had a better way to secure it, it would be much better. Lots of tears from my kiddo due to this bike not working properly. Don't buy it. Its terrible

Up in the air on this for now. Battery won’t take a charge. Contacted the vendor through Amazon and I am waiting for a response.Update: After a few days of back and forth with the seller, the seller actually replaced the bike. My grandson is very happy with the bike. He even told me it’s the best present he ever got.

Great bike!Sadly the tire was flat when we got it and keeps losing air
