Q: Wearing a40c what size do I order

They run small. I ordered my regular size and it was way too small. I sent it back.

Q: Measurements are: 44” under bust with a 5” difference. so according to their size cart i would be a 49b ?? am i reading it wrong? please help 😓

Doubt that. The measurement under the bust is the number part of the bra size, if it's comfortable without being tight then you're likely a 44. The 5" difference part is for the cup. If the rib cage part is correct, then you might be a DD or F.

Q: Does this bra give you the unibreast look or is there cleavage?

The bra does offer some "separation" (no uni-boob), but if you actually buy the right size, there will be little, if any, actual "cleavage", since this style is meant for full coverage.
