I'd suggest not applying it to your waterline because it cracks like crazy when it dries and particles would end up falling in your eye as a result. I'd recommend trying the NYX waterproof eyeliner pencil for the waterline instead of the liquid eyeliner.

Q: is this product vegan?

Yeah! Nyx products are cruelty free and accredited with PETA. That’s why they can’t sell in China, where animal testing is required by law.

Q: Is this product good to use?

When it works, it works, but more often than not, it dries too quickly and cracks and there isn't a lot in the bottle. I would try another brand
