I activated it in the USA before my trip, and once I arrived, it automatically connected to networks in Barcelona, Italy, and Tunisia north Africa without any issues. Bought this for a trip and didn't realize as soon as you insert the card the timer starts running. Looking to use it now more than 30 days later and nothing. Support was great and let me know the problem, my data expired. Lesson learned. Now I'm in Spain using it and it works great. Saving that $12 per day at&t likes to charge. Woohoo

I guess you pay what you get for. Easy to use and set up. Only good thing about it. The speed was so slow it would take a solid minute plus to load a single item. I ended up tossing it and buying a new one when we arrived at our destination.

It was a bit tricky to activate the eSIM, but the customer service was very helpful and I could set up easily with their help. I can use internet smoothly so far.
