This super lightweight paper cutter is great for my classroom. I decorate and laminate a lot and this cutter keeps up with the job. It works great and is accurate, with measurements and lines to stay on task. A great value and I do so many projects quickly without scissors. The color is cute. Easy to clean and clear up.

The “Firbon A4 Paper Cutter 12 Inch Titanium Paper Trimmer Scrapbooking Tool with Automatic Security Safeguard” seems to be as well built as it needs to be for its intended job. It is lightweight but the plastic does not feel flimsy or cheap. It is smooth to the touch with not jagged edges or sharp burs.I like the compact size as I will not need it very often and it does not take up much space during storage between uses.I purchased it mainly for trimming photographs on glossy 80 pound photo paper and it worked well leaving clean cuts with no torn edges. I will rarely need it for anything over a 5” x 7” but it is nice to know I can work with an 8” x 10” with no problem and have room for adjustments. I found the guidelines for straight and angled cuts useful and their white on black contrast easy to see.My only complaint is that a little guesswork is needed during use because the manufacture didn’t include a cut-line for where the blade will go exactly. The notches on the blade handle get you close but they are not exact and that can cause problems when trimming photos printed with a border as it sometimes causes me to trim less than I wanted leaving a thin but noticeable white line.Overall I am happy with my purchase and I would recommend this trimmer.

I bought this because I needed something quick for cutting pictures for a photo album. This was a cheap one that would be delivered quickly. It works just fine and is small so good for storage. If you want this for constant use I would get a more expensive one.

Customers should be aware this device is small and will cut the width of a sheet of notebook paper 8 1/2” but it can’t handle the length 11”. It just isn’t long enough. Otherwise the device is well made and works fine.

I use this for trimming up photos for a scrapbook. It's pretty versatile and does all the things I need but it's important to note that the cutting blade wears out very quickly. That was disappointing. I'm going to have to purchase more blades but it only stayed sharp through about 50 photos and then it felt like it was just ripping them.

It works great for cutting, not scoring
