The media could not be loaded. I love that it can collapse for easy storage. Love the foot massagers. Love that it's heated. I started with warm/hot water to fill it. It's not super hot but just right. Easy to clean...BUT... I've only used it twice and this little plastic piece came off. I still like it...but kinda disappointed about that piece. Still 5 stars...going to get another for me and a gift for someone else.

would be better without the heat. way too hot near the big toes. small cover toward back end will not stay in place. not terrible, but not great.

As with most of foot baths, it does not really heat the water. So I put heated water in first (don't heat over the recommended temp), and it does seem to keep the water warm. Storage is an issue for me, so I really like the foldable feature. It's so easy to use!

You have to sit up bolt upright because the unit does not slant in the back. It gets too hot as there's no automatic turn off for the Heat.Rollers are there just for show; They do not provide any massage.If I had to do over, I would have returned this.

Eh... heats up fast and bubbles nice so a star for that...but there's no controls justa cute panel in the top that LOOKS like one.Only has on or off. It can get too hot after a few minutes.Regret buying. It was a gift the recipient never used so she gifted it back but looks like the buyer lost twice :'D
