Great Gel. I have struggled with all gels I’ve tried. A friend gave me a Maurten gel to try. I can truly say I had no bloating issues or gastric issues. These are super easy to take on as they are not too runny. They don’t taste if anything really. I am now incorporating them into all my long runs
