Annoyed that the original fell out when changing toner cart making a big toner mess, and then printer wouldn't work after I emptied it and put it back. But this one was good price and worked - just make doubly sure that you get the right one for your printer - I didn't at first.

Does exactly was described on the box - however, it is a con from the Samsung manufactures of the laser printers - just a ploy to make more money rather than allowing the toner waste receptacle from being emptied manually particularly as this stops the printer from working - very frustrating for a business.

Keep the orange cover and replace it carefully on your full tank to prevent spills.If you do empty your old tank to create a spare do it straight into your wheelie bin.Also as your are in maintenance mode with the toner cartridges out why not vacuum out the printer and clean up the toner cartridges before refitting them to get a brilliant print?

Good Quality Product, very easy to swap out. A little over priced for what it is though but thankfully does not need to be purchased often.

Very important to have one of these ready for when printer stops working because waste toner cartridge is full (no warning given - just stops working until changed). Good value.

Expensive for a bit of plastic but you either spend time washing out the old one hoping it'll work again (it probably will) but there's a good chance of breathing in nasty toner particles... or buy this new one and be done with it.There are a couple of windows in this that light shines through, when it's full the light gets blocked so the printer knows it's full and time for replacement.Update:2019 and my toner tank needs replacing again - this time I used an old vacuum cleaner to suck out all the waste toner dust from the tank and now the printer is happy again. I can't see any point replacing this item for a new one when vacuuming solves the problem and saves throwing more plastic into landfill.The really annoying thing is just how much wasted toner ends up in this thing!
