I’ve only had this a week but fell in love with it after the first half hour , if there’s a down size it’s because it doesn’t hold much water , I’ve got a different one in my bedroom that’s got a lot bigger tank , however this one is much better in my living room , the mist does look like fire when the lights on , it’s got a timer too , I’ve used wax melts for a long time but didn’t like having to get the old wax out to put new ones in , and unless you buy the expensive melts there was no smell unless you were stood near it , I did buy some scented oils and added more to the wax , even though it tells you not to the scent doesn’t last as long as this diffuser though , I wish I had found this one years ago so obviously I recommend it , you will eventually know how much oil you’ve to add to the water so you get the smell to your liking .the rocks look lovely at night time with the bulb on , apparently these rocks have something that makes you feel good , so all in all yes I would buy it again

Received this the next day of ordering and nicely boxed and securely packed inside.I read the instructions and was a little doubtful of how to set this up, particularly with the pouring of water diagram.Anyway, I set the rocks in place by pulling out the clear plastic bottom bit. I was quite particular with placement and spent quite some time. I shouldn't have worried as you can rearrange them at any time.Filling with water is straight forward - just take the top off and pour in the middle up to the maximum line.The buttons are very touch sensitive which is a great thing. I found that on the first couple of goes I was pressing too hard and getting frustrated. Ham fists are not required!Scents are paramount and I initially but some of my men's cologne in. It was OK but not designed for this purpose (I got a bit sneezy).So I chose proper essential oils, quite affordable as I think for around £8 I will have far well over a years worth of drops.I am currently using Sandalwood which is great. I also have Vanilla but yet to try.Just bear in mind that if you change fragrances, I found it may take two full bowls on power to clear the cross contamination of the previous one. Or that may just be the fact that I initially used cologne instead of oil.

Amazing and perfect addition to my kitchen . I love the flame effect and love that you can set a timer . Fills the room really well . I have been using mine for around 2 months now and I haven’t experienced any leaks or red flags and I’m really impressed. The design is lovely .

The media could not be loaded. This essential oil diffuser creates such a beautiful and cosy feeling in my massage room. Minimal noise which I love as that was something that bothered me about my last diffuser. It adds that glow that makes you feel warm and drowsy just looking at it. The essential oils aren’t smelling quiet as strong to me in this diffuser, that why I gave it 4 stars and not 5, however I still absolutely love it and recommend it and my clients have told me they love the smell of the room and that’s all that counts. I’m so happy I found this as it really elevates the atmosphere. If it lasts well I willPurchase one for my personal use too. Thank you! Love it

I have updated my review as the seller contacted me and explained that there had been a problem with this batch and sent me a new one straight away, which is working very well.Thank you.Amazon need to make it easier to contact sellers.Is very pretty and beautiful but after only a few uses, it started making a loud fan like noise and isn't very relaxing any longer with it whirring away in the background.

For the money this product is fantastic, easy to set up and use and with with the right oil smells divine, definitely would buy again, pictures don’t show it but it comes with an English three pin plug. Excellent so happy with it, might purchase another for the bedroom

The buttons don’t work. I’ve managed to turn it on a couple of times (each time took about 3 mins of trying) and it looked lovely when it worked, but after just ONE evening it won’t turn on at all. So disappointed!! It also arrived with a broken water jug as I’d seen mentioned in a few other reviews.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to use, bigger than my other humidifiers and lovely to look at.It doesn’t flicker the camera makes it look like it does.
