Heating process took less than 20 minutes and it wont cool quickly if the wax melted enough. Way easier than dealing with the strips. It also lasts a good 3-4 weeks before I have to begin plucking. This product is perfect! I use it for my armpit and eyebrows! I use toothpick to apply the wax on my eyebrows and it works perfectly. I love this wax, I've tried many different ones and after just throwing money down the drain I've been using this product for a few months. I definitely recommend this one for a quick and effortlessly waxing.

I received my order on time. Four different colors/types wax beads, wax melts totally will take about 15-20 minutes, the more wax beans will spent more time. The heading will restart when the temperature drops. Great kit for any beginner like me. I might give it another chance because the pain eases rapidly and the results are amazing. Excellent!!

I bought a wax kit which contains 4 wax balls and 30 applicators and only the heating machine and 2 wax bags without the applicators came

Very disappointed in the product description it states that 4 x 3.5 bags of of hard wax beans were included mine only came with two. I just read in the comments section that this is a common issue wish I would had read before I ordered. I did not get what I paid for.
