... if you don't want a very high C8 content. Laurin Light oil is between ordinary coconut oil and full C8 MCT oil in content, taste, and price. Although it's about twice the price of ordinary coconut oil, it's also about half the price of high C8 oil.It still has the distinctive coconut oil taste, but is milder and not noticeable when added to soup, for instance.It has a highly effective non-drip spout. The plastic cap has a tapered slot under the flip-up cap, and is more reliable than any non-drip insert I've used before.On the down side, I couldn't find any indication of the percentage in the C8 oil on the bottle or in the manufacturer's literature. I'd be surprised if it were more than 25% C8.Also, the oil is in a plastic bottle. I normally opt for MCT oil in a glass bottle, but the plastic bottle is described as being bpa free.

The oil is quite pleasant taken off the spoon. Not sure what it is doingI also use the coconut oil in smoothies.Still maintain a sense of reasoning. OkM.R
