Are these high in caffeine ?

I find them to be harsh initially, stimulates you pretty quickly and also has spicy notes that fires up your system so in essence has a high caffeine potency. i wouldnt use it everyday. Every other gym day.

Are these any good for fat burning just with diet as i carnt exercise much atm

If you take them as directed they do help you burn fat,although some light exercises would help,good luck!
