Not really. Only the cars it comes with. The Melissa and Doug cars fit the top but not inside the little car wash

Do Disney diecast 1:55 cars fit?

I’m not sure the size of those cars but matchbox cars fit perfectly. Sometimes the tall ones don’t go through the car wash too well tho.

How do you move the cars through the car wash? Is it a hand crank I see or do you just push them through?

There is no crank you use your imagination and move the cars by hand

Can Fisher Price Wheelies be used on this parking garage?

I’m not sure of the size of the Fisher Price Wheelies. But , it fits the IKEA size toy cars.
