Gaming Headset for Ps4 Ps5 PC Xbox One Switch, Over Ear Headphones with Surround Sound, Noise Cancelling Mic, Suspension Headband

I have bought this headset last week. It arrived in perfect condition and it was a confortable headset with a great sound.Unfortunately, the microphone was not detected on my laptop despite working perfectly on my Macbook. I have contacted customer services in order to try to fix the issue. Not only did the company truly try to be helpful and fix the problem, but they offered me a full refund when they realised the issue could not be fixed. They even told me that I did not have to return the headset.I cannot underline enough how much of a pleasure it is to write such a positive review about a customer service. I'm a low budget student and this sense of business from this company was really welcomed.I highly recommend this headset and this company in general. Not only their articles are great value for money, but they also truly care about their clients and their satisfaction.Looking forward doing business with them again.

Good product but we had a slight problem which was resolved very quickly and promptly ,the headset looks cool and is very comfortable on your head which allows gaming to be better and go on longer

I was looking for a headset for live streaming and this one caught my eye immediately. I loved how colourful it was, and it seemed to fit all my other specifications, so I ordered it.The headset arrived quickly, and was very easy to set up. The LED lights look great, and the sound and microphone quality are very good. It seems durable, as I’ve been using it for a while now with no signs of wear and tear.The price was very reasonable, and the headset is simple to use and great quality. I will be looking at Ozeino again if I need any more headsets for streaming.

Very comfortable and can easily be worn for long gaming sessions without causing any noticeable pain or aching that i've seen with previous "gaming" headsets.For the price it has decent audio quality, and plenty good enough that i can hear the differences due to the quality of computer audio drivers (comparing it plugged into my desktop against my phone).On the other hand, i am unsure as to what the "noise cancelling" features talked about are, there is clearly no active noise cancelling on the audio you hear, and while the information on the listing seems to suggest there is some cancelling on the microphone pickup, i can't see and real difference between what its microphone outputs from what a separate mic is picking up in terms of any background noises.

I've been trying to find a decent gaming headset for ages that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I've brought so many high end headsets over the years, but non of them compare to the quality of this one!!! It's super comfortable on my ears which given my glasses, it's really hard to find a comfortable headset but this one is amazing!!! Sound quality is phenomenal!!! The lead is really long compared to other headsets I've had in the past and I the fact that the headset and the mic lights up is an added bonus, you just have to plug in the USB for the lights to work. Best headset I've ever had, great quality for money.

I'll start off with probably the only pro of this headset, the build quality...the build quality for a product of this price is pretty good. The headset feels sturdy and mic is ok.Now for the cons. Sound quality is extremely poor, the sound echos, lacks substance, hardly any bass and sometimes noises muffle together in a weird way...just overall poor. Next the cable is too short, it needs to be a few feet longer, I dont know why companies opt for short cables and all the reviews saying the cable length is long, im not sure how they are using it lol. My headset is plugged into the back of my PC and there's no wriggle room what-so-ever.Last is the pressure of the ear cushions. It focuses all of the pressure below the ear and doesn't distribute pressure equally like a headset should all around the ear and head. It's extremely uncomfortable bordering painful if used for a long period. Honestly, you could pay £10 more and get a much better headset. I'm sending this product back.This review is coming from someone who works on his PC many hours a day btw. Not some brought reviewer who leaves a 5 star review, Amazon seriously needs to sort its review algorithm out.
