Never had any issues
This is the second Motorola monitor we’ve bought and we love it! We’ve used it for two months now and haven’t had any issues. Battery stays charged a long time, clear picture and great range. The app is awesome too! I wish the camera itself moved around but I still love it.

Problems with monitor and camera not pairing
I had this baby monitor for only a few days and have already had to return it. Charged the battery on the monitor as instructed. Plugged in the camera and…nothing. It kept showing an error and nothing on the screen. Finally after 30 minutes of unplugging and plugging it back in, resets, somehow the camera paired with the monitor. All was good for the next day, good sound, okay picture. The next day, I turned on the monitor in the morning to be greeted with again, no picture, no sound. Again started trying everything I could do to pair the monitor and camera. Nothing worked, I gave up and started the return process. Don’t buy this.

Resets pretty regularly
Had the older model and it was great. This one resets itself pretty regularly with no pattern to it.

Had 2 in the last year and both stopped working
I had my first one for a year and then the monitor kept losing the picture and wouldn’t connect back to the camera no matter how many times we reset it and tried to fix it. The second one I got stopped working after a month. When the picture turns off (when not plugged in) it loses connection until I turn the screen back on and then the volume stopped working. I tried resetting it, turning it off, etc. but the volume will not come back. It is extremely frustrating.

Bueno pero no muy fino
Me fue muy útil durante 1 año au que el material del cristal de la patalla se partio sin una caida solo lo empaque en el bolso y cuando lo saque estaba así y me pareció un excelente articulo para cuidar mi bebé, luego no funcionaba más y no tube un soporte de garantía de los supuestos 2 años.

Do Not Buy This!
The quality is horrible. I bought a blink camera for 25.00 that has a much better picture! The notifications don’t always work! And the lagging is insane!
