Extremely disappointed
I recently purchased a laptop from Amazon, but I am extremely disappointed with its performance. The battery charge only lasts for about one hour without being connected to the charger. This is far below my expectations and renders the laptop almost unusable for my needs.I would like to request a solution to this issue, whether it be a replacement, repair, or refund.

Non-Original Parts, Good battery.
The laptop is good for its price. I understand that it’s renewed and I did not expect all parts to be new. The laptop has a non-original chassis, keyboard, power button and trackpad. The battery which was my biggest concern was fine and lasted about 4 hours with medium use. Overall good value but the non-original parts are a bit of a disappointment.

Good Performance Laptop with Minor Screen Issue and Unnecessary Keyboard Markings
There are three small white dots visible on the screen. Other than that, the laptop is performing well with good battery backup and overall performance. However, there are some Arabic letters printed on the keyboard in a white color, which do not look appealing and are not necessary for everyone.
