Pleasantly surprised, excellent value
I needed a simple Lavalier microphone because I do lots of dictation. I didn't want another rechargeable product that I had to remember to charge, so I wanted something corded. I use a MacBook and I wanted USB-C. This little microphone is great. You can take it anywhere, and I can plug it into dictate without having to worry about if it's charged or not.The only rub worth mentioning in regards to a Mac, is that I use so many different input devices, I had to go into System Settings -> Sound -> Input, and select the microphone in there. This may not be an issue for a lot of people, but it's a simple fix if you plug it in and the microphone isn't working. It works perfectly for me, and I highly recommend this item!

It's great for starters
When I first started using this it was perfect, the sound was crisp. But after some months passed, I started getting complaints that there was a weird sound coming through during my live broadcasts. I confirmed it through my recordings. The weird sound isn't always there, but when it happens it's annoying. I would rely on this as a long term option if you're doing voice overs

Good little mic
We tested it on a pixel 6 and a One+8 cell phone. It worked automatically on the One+8. With the Pixel 6 there was some minor configuration that needed to be done but was easily solved by googling it. One thought... If this is your first time, don't automatically think it's not working if you hit the play button after recording a video and there's only silence. Try removing the mic cable from the phone then try playing it again. You will only hear through the phone speaker if you pull the mic wire out of the phone. I'm guessing, here, that not only is the mic connected, but the phone thinks you have a speaker on the end of that wire as well and is sending the speaker signal through that. A recording sounds so much better using a microphone that is near the speaker's voice and this does the trick. It's like night and day. :)

Bad sound quality
I use this style of mic for ASMR videos and had to replace my Pop voice one once I upgraded my phone and had a USB-C port and chose this one since Pop voice doesn’t have a USB-C option and the quality on this for ASMR is horrible. Maybe it’s fine for other things but do not get this if you’re trying to make ASMR videos.

Look & feels cheaply made, but works fine with my Samsung S22+
The media could not be loaded. I had some other lavalier microphone in the past which used that, almost forgotten now, 3.5mm jack plug, and the quality was much nicer than this USB-C one. This microphone feels cheaply made, and same applies to the cable that connect it to my phone. So far, the connector seems to hold all the plugging & unplugging without breaking though, which is good. However, it’s quite hard to plug and unplug, and I am always worried of breaking the USB-C port of my phone when using this microphone. Hopefully, it’s just a temporary issue because the device is still new.Otherwise, it comes with a soft black pouch, and an extra replacement foam, and that’s all really. No adapter or other accessories included, like I had with different previous model.Sound quality is OK and it worked right away with my s22 plus, without the need to mess up with any extra settings. When moving around though, some cable-scratch like sound could be also noticed in the recordings. So, something to keep in mind when using it. 🤔

Vive replacement mic.
I bought this as a replacement for the mic on my HTC vive pro. The sound quality is great for the price and far better than the stock microphone.

Great pairing for a Vive Cosmos Elite VR Headset!
After getting my Vive Cosmos Elite, I realize that the microphone quality is a lot worse than my previous Quest 1 so I found this USB-C microphone and 3D printed a clip to attach it to my headset. The sound quality is leaps better than the Vive microphone and the only downside is the cable length but I have it coiled up and out of the way while I'm playing. Definitely recommend!

Terrible sound quality
It works but not very well. Horrible quality, I cant think of a scenario where it would be better to use this over almost any other mic.
