Do this fluid works with a chauvet hurricane 1101 without making any damage to the machine?

It should work with any in the Hurricane Models.

Does this go away or does the haze stay in a building for awhile?

Its decent... but the machines most people use this stuff with aren’t really professional... I use this with an antari $400 machine... it fills a 200 seat room as long as I leave it running. My 2grand Martin machine keeps the haze hanging a lot longer... but at a steep cost

can I use this with a basehazer by base haze?

It should work fine with any hazer regardless of the brand. If it was a "fog machine", it would still work, but is not ideal.

How many hours should 1 gallon of fluid last?

Well I use about 4 20oz cups and still have fluid left in the machine after 4hrs
