Good quality product.
I bought a used Miele Calima C3, it was missing a wand. I could have gotten a non OEM wand for far less money but I chose to go with the OEM version and I will say that the build quality is great. It fits perfectly and does the job. What I like about the telescopic part of the wand is that it allows for people of differing heights to be able to adjust how long they want the wand to be. Fixed length wands like I have on my Samsung Jetstorm doesn't lend itself to being used as well as this telescopic wand with the Miele allows for.

Warning, Does Not Fit Miele model C1 vacuums
Unfortunately, in the description of this product, it advertised that it was compatible with the C1 line of Miele vacuum cleaners. It is not. It looks to be of high quality but it just doesn’t fit my Miele C1. I had to return it.

Excellent replacement!
I lost my old wand in a move and was worried my C3 would never be the same again. I wanted an OEM replacement and am happy with the high quality of factory parts.

The wand for my small Miele canister was lost when moving. I ordered a new one and it was even better than the original. The piece to expand and shorter the wand moved smoothly. I would definitely recommend this product and the seller as the item arrived quickly

Disappointed with their service and customer service
I bought this one to replace the one that came with the vacuum cleaner 5 years ago and this new one lasted just 5 months which i dont think this corresponds to the level of quality this brand takes credit for. I called them hoping to get a replacement and the told me no that i should just get a new one. Im so disappointed ive been a fan of this brand for years now i cant believe it.
