Good quality
This chair, the second one I have bought, arrived several days before the delivery date indicated, in a good condition. It is very sturdy and easy to use and extremely comfortable.

Frame good, cushion misrepresented
The chairs arrived on time, one of the boxes was damaged, I found the frame quite sturdy although marked in a couple of places, the cushion in the description looks thick and comfortable, but is thin and has poor quality covering. I went for an upper priced product with the selection available. But found it to be inferior and not fit for purpose, the ties for securing the cushion are short and unable to use a bow to secure them.Hence this product is being returned.

Not fit for purpose
After only a few uses this chair sent my legs in the air and my head down in the floor. Good job my husband was there to help as I could have been injured. Can’t get contact/reply from the company. Borderline fraud if you ask me.

Cushion dosent fit .so disapointed
The media could not be loaded. When setting it up we found the cushion to be far to small I'm disabled and saved a long time to get this item for comfort. Can you please help in arranging for one that fits its small length and white the pocket on bottom is to small to slide over the bar looking forward to hearing bk from you.p jones
