How much gravey does it make?

It makes about 1 to 1.5 cups per pkg. Depending how thin you like your gravy.

I don't even like other gravies anymore

Why would I ever do a complicated gravy ever again when I could just use this. If you want to make it extra flavorful use the a little bit of grease and some stock from meat that you've used recently and that will add a little punch to it. People might not even know that it's store-bought packet gravy if you add just a little bit to it.
