Q: Will this fit a 2021 Rebel with the 12 inch screen?

Not sure but I believe the screens have not changed between the 2020 and 2021 or the models. I have a 2020 Laramie and it was a perfect fit. I belive they were changing the software but i thought i heard it was on hold until the 2022 models and that should not change the screen.

Q: Will this work while wearing polarized sunglasses?

Yes works with polarized sunglasses, I also wear Oakley Prizm lens sunglasses and no issues with them either.

Q: Can it be removed and reapplied? to eliminate bubbles

I would say it can if done immediately when installing but I can not say what it would be like after it has been applied for a longer period. You run the risk of picking up dust and particles in the air again so I would advise against lifting up again if possible as most bubbles can be pushed out and smaller ones can disappear on their own over a couple of weeks. Mine was installed easily but with 1 large bubble that was easily pushed out but I have seen an installation with 1 small bubble that could not be moved but after a couple of weeks of heating and contracting from sunlight the bubble was gone.
