Its a pacifier. It doesn't have a hole in it like a bottle nipple does. Its the kind of pacifier that hospitals recommend and give out at birth or in the NICU.

Does your paci smell like peppermint or is it just mine?!?

Mine did not have a smell. Sorry! I do know they sell vanilla scented pacifiers but I have not heard of anything smelling of peppermint.

Does this damage baby mouth?
