The oil smells good, but after a week the bottle dropped and the dropper smashed completely and i lost all of the liquid inside. what can i do?

Sorry, but you absolutely CAN add essential oils to water...you just need to shake it well before spraying your pillows. I'd start with a half tsp. of the lavender, see how the first night goes. Good luck with that. I know it's an old question. But the last response couldn't be the last word on that. I mix eucalyptus oil with water as an insect deterrent. As well as wintergreen and water. I use 1 tsp. to a 32 oz bottle. Smells so fresh. Now if you're using it for your SKIN... that's when you want to use a carrier oil.
