My tiles are 2-3/4" square. will these adhere well since the sticky parts is over 3"?

Sorry. These are heavy. The sticky part did not hold for long. I gave up on it. I don’t know if the fact that I live in a place with a lot of humidity affected the sticky back. I am afraid that if it falls again, it will break something or a floor tile. Good luck with it f you buy it.

Is it removable? Am considering for a rental apartment and would need to remove when i move out

It attaches pretty securely with 3M tape so I doubt it would be a problem attached to tiles. It's unlikely you would be able to remove it without damaging the paint if your surface was painted however.

Can you use it in the shower where it will get wet?

Yes, it’s Terry cloth material, so will get heavy
