This is the second or third lot of this Mushroom Complex I have bought and will continue to buy as I am very pleased with it. It doesn't say it is from the fruiting body of the mushroom on the packaging but it does in the description online and which I believe makes it a better more potent product. It certainly seems to help both my mum and my immunity!

The label mixes up manganese and magnesium in the nutrients label - this does not inspire confidence in the product, would rate the product higher if changed as it mixes well into yoghurt and seems to work.
