Vitamin B6 is $117% of the daily recommended allowance. Folate acid is 167%. Vitamin B12 is 41, 000% of the daily recommended allowance. I had blood work done my vitamin B12 was off the chart. My folate acid was the correct amount. You do urinate excess vitamin B's so it's not toxic.
