Will this fit on both 16 and 32oz Nalgene wide mouth bottles?

It fits the standard Nalgene wide mouth threads, even on bottles manufactured by others as long as they adhere to the Nalgene design specs. For instance, the capCAP fits my 32 and 12 ounce Nalgene bottles as well as the 24 ounce bottle that came with my Camelbak All Clear UV purifier. It will NOT fit all wide mouth type bottles, since many manufacturers have their own specifications for the opening width and threads that don't match the Nalgene specs.

It fits my 48oz widemouth Nalgene perfectly.

Would a Sawyer Mini be able to attach to this?

No it is not compatible with the small spout directly. I would use the sawyer mini to squeeze the filtered water into the larger opening on the nalgene itself

Does this fit on the regular 32 oz Nalgene bottle?

It will fit any 32 oz wide mouth polycarbonate Nalgene bottle.
