The same lotion that uses to come in wax strips. Very calming after hair removal and good for other irritations of the skin. Would recommend.

This is what my physical therapist used to deeply massage a recovering ankle; I purchased a bottle for at-home use. It provides good slip without being greasy.

I will use this forever. So much more comfortable after shaving now.

I ordered the Sally Hansen extra smooth lotion because it includes a hair inhibitor. This is the main factor that caught my interest and I was very surprised that it doesn't really say much about that on the bottle. I have used numerous hair inhibiting products and have found out that very few work but some actually do. This lotion seems to actually work. I usually shave daily and have found that it has slowed my hair growth to three days on my legs. I am not sure if the results become lasting over time. The lotion spreads easily because it isn't thick. I like the consistency because it makes it easier to use. It is extremely hydrating which is a bonus to the hair inhibiting qualities. It has a very light and pleasing scent. I am surprised both that it works so well at slowing hair growth.

There was a small packet of it included in a waxing kit I bought, and I liked it so much, I started buying the bottles when they became available as a separate item. It's for face and body use, and it is the smoothest, velvety-feeling lotion I've ever used. Just a small amount soothes itchy or irritated skin that has just been waxed OR shaved. (I use it after shaving or waxing my private area. Just be careful when applying, it is FOR EXTERNAL/TOPICAL USE, and I don't think it would feel good if it crept in where it shouldn't....probably like soap when it goes where it shouldn't.) I can't say I've noticed that it slows down regrowth of hair. I didn't really expect that it would, and that isn't why I buy it, anyway. It is one of my "must-have" products, always on hand, and well worth the $8 to $9 average cost for an 8 0z bottle.
