I took these prenatals throughout my pregnancy (and in the early weeks of post partum) to help even out any deficiencies I might have in my vitamin and mineral intake. Even though I’m not good at / don’t enjoy taking pills, these were relatively easy to swallow. Unlike many other brands they don’t have the horrible vitamin smell or chalky texture or mega gigantic size, so even with morning sickness I was able to keep them down.I felt better taking these supplements knowing that me and baby were getting the right nutrients that we need. And being that they’re very affordable, I didn’t have to choose between skimping on them or breaking the bank. I’m glad my doctor recommended to me this brand and I know that when the next baby comes, I’ll be coming back to these supplements.

I had tried several prenatal vitamins and these were the first ones that didn't make me throw up. Highly recommend.

Love the Alani Nu Prenatals! I have MTHFR which inhibits my body's ability to process B vitamins that are found in most over the counter multivitamins. Most prenatal vitamins I've found that do meet my needs make me very nauseated even when I take them with food, but Alani Nu does not. *I am not pregnant and have only very casually been trying to conceive while taking these.*

Tried so many other prenatals and they all made me feel sick, but these did not and they also made me feel so energized and amazing!!!

A bit more expensive than other options but loved the quality. Kept taking postpartum as well to help with bf. Worth the price.

I switched prenatals because the one I was taking was causing me breakouts due to Biotin + pregnancy hormones.This one it's a little pricey but there's no Biotin. I noticed after 2 weeks of starting the Alani Nu a decrease in pimples .The pills are big but skinny so it's easy to swallow.

all alani nu products are my favorite and it was nice to be able to continue their product use into my pregnancy. 5/5, i ordered two and they were on sale. love them. you take 2 pills for daily use, easy to swallow.

I was searching for a prenatal without biotin as it makes me breakout really bad AND biotin can skew blood tests. Came across this one, I was familiar with theor energy drinks so I trusted them. This works great for me.
