I drink Red Rooibos an African herb tea almost daily, and I love the benefits that come from this product. I have a typical iron deficiency, and this super food supplies it and a number of other substances to include essential amino acids, fiber etc. One thing that really works on the consuming it before meals, it tends to make you thirsty, and so you tend to get the hydration you need that helps in general health. I'm normally a lot like a guy I supervised years ago at a utility that always had a giant diet drink. I asked a co-worker why I never saw him drink water, and he told me to ask him that question directly. The answer was "because fish f*** in it", I guess I'm a little like that, I drink too many sodas and derive my water from them that's not a good way to hydrate, it's a good way to gain weight. I like and tolerate this supplement well, decent price. Recommended.
