This a very helpful device and I recommend this to everyone.Only major issue is battery backup.PROS:1. Pocket friendly.Very small device fits easily in pocket.2. Display of Signal strength, WiFi, Battery, new SMS.It has only 4 icons with green lights. This makes easy to check device status from distance.3. Remote access for Signal strength, SMS, USSD, User management, Usage statistics, Battery percentage, Power off, Reboot.Can perform important tasks remotely through Huawei HiLink mobile app & Browser.4. Huawei HiLink mobile app.This app is available for iOS & Android devices which makes pretty easy to handle router with it's features.A. Can check signal strength, Carrier, signal type(2G, 3G, Roaming), set Roaming ON/OFF.B. Send(with delivery report), Read SMS. New SMS alert on mobile app.C. USSDD. USer Management. Check, Block/Unblock devices connected.E. Usage Statistics. Can check data usage and set data plan.F. Battery percentage indicator(A small issue described in CONS. This issue can probably be resolved by mobile app update).G. Can Power off, Reboot device(my favourite). This very useful as we need not go to router.CONS:1. Low battery backup(should have been better for Rs.2300)2. Battery percentage indicator do not show exact value.(shows only 100%, 60%, 30%)3. Heating issueBattery available for 7+ hours when connected to my iPhone 5s.It sometimes overheats mostly while travelling which scares me.This device is recommended for places with low signal strength.This device have the ability to identify the weakest signal and give you the maximum out of it.My Lumia fluctuates b/w 3G & 2G with frequent disconnections but this device detects 3G continuously and speed is also not compromised.Tested with BSNL(in a closed room) in Bangalore.

I used only 2-3 time because it supports only 3.9G not 4G ,I have 4G sim .

The web UI is extremely slow. Huawei HiLink application in mobile makes things easier. Wifi coverage is good. Antennas should be good, I am getting good signal strength and speeds and a relatively low signal reception areas. Happy with the device. Easy to setup, easy to carry. Battery lasts well.

I bought this on March 2017. Speed is very good. Can reach upto 10+Mbps easily. Initially battery backup might feel very less, but trust me after about 2 months usage it will start providing very good battery backup. I haven't faced any heating issues. Only con I can think of is that it has no 4G support. I use it exclusively on BSNL network(Kerala) & I bought it for this very purpose. 8 months on I can say it was a very good investment.Tip: Under settings change the network type to 'always use 3G'. This will fix all speed drops.

The product is not upto the expected level. Battery gets drained quickly and am writing this review after fed up with its 1 month usage. Battery is not getting charged. Not worth for money. We can get it from any other shops in our places with warranty rather than trusting these kind of sellers.

Initial setup is little bit confusing but not hard. After installation ...you have to push just one switch to operate ...thats all...nice product...performance also super....battery backup...signal acceptance everything is good...lite weight also... smooth body... little bit costly....but I am satisfied....

I am using the product on an everyday bais. All I can say it's reliable, easy to use and made for long working hours. I used it continually for more than five hours and with a littles recharge it can run full day...or you can also recharge it while in use. Works with or without the app! But for checking SMS, USSD and checking data balance and other services like WiFi extender the app has to be installed. Value for money...in real terms!

Dongle built quality is good but doesn't last more than 2-3 hrs.
