Q: Does this come with a mounting bracket for lga1700?

ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB Rev2 comes with bracket, Rev1 does not. Hit and miss which revision one gets. I just purchased one here and it was rev1 :(

Q: Is this the latest rev? and if so, does it come with the am4 mounting bracket or would i need to ask support to send it to me?

Mine was the second to latest revision, I believe, and it had the am4 mounting hardware. If you look carefully, Its actually the Arctic store your getting it from.

Q: Can you disable the leds without installing software? e.g. just not plugging in the led cables?

Yes there's a separate cable to attach the RGB header. You can leave this detached.

Q: Will any liquid freezer ii coolers sold on amazon after 23/08/2022 have the gasket issue announced by arctic?

It will probably depend on the seller but I purchased 360mm one in July and it isn’t on the recall.
