I’m 13 can u wear them during the day and will they fit?

If you are an average size 13 year old then there is no reason why they should not fit. You could wear them in the day. If they are too small and you need them throughout the day then there is adult incontinence underwear that is available that you may even be able to get for free if your parents speak to your doctor.

Does it still come in a cardboard box?

When I've ordered them, they come in plastic like in the shops but put inside a box like most Amazon items for delivery.

What sort of designs do these usually come in , And is it any different for the l/xl ?

There are a couple of designs for girls and a couple for boys. My purchase was the 8-15 aged girls. They were for my elderly mum who was bed-bound and was too tiny for the adult sizes to fit. The 8-15 were perfect for her (size 8 ladies )

What’s the maximum waist size

Not sure of exact measurements. My girls currently wear size age 11 to 12 years clothes and these still fit them ok. But if your child wees a lot, these aren't brilliant. They are not as absorbent as nappies.
