Love this so much I bought two, one for me and one for a friend. Unfortunately the second one arrived used from amazon so I had to return it but the item is amazing. So easy to clean, makes a good quantity of milk, froths is really quick and makes morning coffee's so much easier for my bleary self. Worth every penny, and when it inevitably breaks I'll buy another one for sure!

This is an excellent milk frother, stylish and well made. I chose it because it has a very good stainless steel jug, no nasty Teflon coating, so it is incredibly easy to wash after use. It is quite sophisticated, allowing you to choose the level of froth and the temperature.

I brought this item in February 2025 and on 2nd June 2025 it completely stopped working. I spent a little bit more for what I thought was a higher quality item, but 4 months of use is not worth the money. I live alone and only use it to prepare my morning latte, so overuse was not the problem. This item looks great, but is now just a very expensive milk jug.

I bought this Milk Frother for my Fiancée for a Christmas present in Black Friday deals. So, by the time it came to using the product, it was too late to exchange the item with Amazon for another due to a fault with the product.So, got in touch with the Amazon Department of the Hazel Quinn company, and they were ever so helpful and polite!3 days later after contact, we have a new Milk Frother!As I'm writing this review, we are enjoying a lovely Mocha!The Milk Frother is a fantastic product. This is a stunning piece of kit and I love it in my kitchen. It has also changed my coffee game hugely. That said it does not work correctly and regardless of the foam or heat option you just get the same one each time. Also it doesn't stop and I have to judge it myself.

Having owned a Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser previously, this frother has made me realise how bad it actually was. No non-stick coating to peel off. You can actually thoroughly clean it in the dishwasher. Most importantly it actually makes HOT hot chocolate! Unlike the lukewarm Velvetiser, this frother produces a hot creamy drink with a thick foam on top. You may look at the cost of this frother as very high, but compared to the over hyped Hotel Chocolat version, this is an absolute bargain. It also fits in very well with KitchenAid appliances aesthetically. Really pleased with my purchase.

It does froth the milk well, but the displayed temperature is actually much lower than the display showing 65 degrees. Using a good quality milk thermometer, max temp achieved was no better than 50 degrees which, even in a pre warmed cup, makes for a very cool coffee when added.This is my second attempt as first one was the same. I liked the design so returned for replacement. It was exactly the same. Really unhappy for what is a quite expensive model compared to others. I cant even microwave the milk to get it hotter and that just destroys the foam.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I hope this set gets the recognition it deserves. Why don't I see many people talking about the beauty of the design and the great features? It's an amazing piece for frothing milk, I highly recommend it.
