Zip broke
The delivery of item took a little longer than expected as they tried to deliver at strange times. But having received the bag I was really pleased- all ready for my holiday/ business trip. The bag looked great, suitable for backpacking with two sturdy handles, yet quite sophisticated due to the black and not-so-bulky exterior. There was even a zipped panel where the straps could be hidden away during flights. Unfortunately, when I was just about to board a flight and putting some bits away in the bag, the main zip broke rendering it a) insecure and b) a pain in the bottom to travel with. I contacted Mountain Warehouse on my return and they did offer me a refund. However it would have been preferable for the whole situation NOT to have occurred and perhaps for this product to be fully usable upon sale of it. More rigorous checks during manufacturing would probably be a good idea judging by the other reviews on here.

Poor quality, avoid!
We bought this item to take on a trip to India at the tail end of last year. The bag has been used once and the main zip is broken, rendering the case useless. As the return window is only 3 months, we are unable to send back for a refund.Considering the cost of this item, I would have expected at least a 12 month guarantee, so will avoid anything made by Mountain Warehouse in the future.Other than the obvious quality issues, the bag is great, but I would advise looking elsewhere if you are expecting a case that will last more than a few trips.

This bag works well for both business and leisure travel
Good size/ flexible bag. This works well for me as I often go on a business trip and then follow it with a couple of days camping. As this can be used as a bag on wheels or rucksack. It's ideal. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5, is there are no pockets inside. it's just an open space. You can pack a fair bit in it though!

Bought for daughter when she went Inter Railing and now in use as she travels to and from Uni. Purchased as there is a choice to use either wheels or carry on back. Holds plenty, especially if using Packing Cubes.

Good value, hard wearing
Bought two of these and have travelled 4 countries, 13 flights, numerous trains, buses and boats, over the last 13 months. And still look almost new, zips working fine. The wheels and handle have been over a lot of rough ground and robustly survived and still working well. Have got packing cubes for keeping gear inside organised.

So far so good
Been on a few flights with this and it is holding up well. Very smooth to roll. I have not tried it as a backpack yet. It is quite small, so you can only fit about 17-18 kg of clothes, but I find that sufficient for my traveling needs. It is a little awkward to zip up, but the zip seems sturdy enough.

Good price for that range of backapck-trolley !
So far so good.I have chosen it by the price. Good grip and steady telescopic handle that does not allow wobble the trolley while pulling.I think that 50 L is enough for short trips. I pack so many items in it. Well, It does not have to be too heavy while trekking long distances. Overall.. it's handy.

Good strong bag but pricey
Good strong bag, used it abroad for about 6 weeks and travelling around. No shoulder straps. However, for carrying over the stairs, there are 2 side handles and one handle on top, so no worries. It takes about 15 kg. Zips seem strong. However, for the price, i hope it lasts a long time. Paid same or more than a strong trolly suitcase, which would take about 25 kilos. So not cheap. I needed something to travel light from now onwards.
