Bought to decorate at work. Lots of decorations included. Easy to hang and different sizes.

These Are pretty chintzy. Not too bad for a tree that no one sees.

These ornaments were a bit smaller than I had initially anticipated, and I didn’t realize that most of them are going to be small… The small icicles, and or medium sized icicles… And as you can see, there were just a handful of the large snowflakes that have the teardrop crystals attached them. I thought initially that these were not going to sparkle or look the way that I wanted them to however, there’s enough cuts and dimensions in them, that they actually do reflect light and look the way that I want them to against Christmas lights. If you’re looking for something that looks to be glass or crystal, these are not it. These ornaments are something that would probably be best to go on a secondary or a smaller tree, as it is apparent that they are plastic. As you can see from the photo, they do come with silver string and you will have to attach the string yourself so that you can utilize a hook or hang directly on a branch.

The rest of the pieces consists of snowflakes, small and larger icicles, and crystal bottoms. These loose pieces are for your creativity and personal design. Silver string is provided to match the pre-strung sets.All pieces are made of acrylic (PMMA). Acrylic is a transparent thermoplastic homopolymer known more commonly by the trade name “plexiglass.” It is generally considered one of the clearest plastics on the market and is very scratch resistant. On the downside acrylic is quite brittle and not very impact resistant when compared to other plastics. It also experiences brittle failure, and industry term used to describe how a material behaves under pressure. With brittle failure, the plastic has little flexibility and will crack after minimal bending. When crushed, it often breaks apart in shards (like glass). In addition to the poor impact resistance and the brittle failure, acrylic also has poor heat resistance, so avoid exposure to direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time if you can.Despite being made of acrylic, these ornaments all feel strong and durable. The snowflakes look nice, especially around the tree lighting. The icicles on the other hand look and feel cheap in my opinion. I also feel that the DIY was a bit of work, and really not worth the time with the icicles. If you have younger kids, this may be a fun family activity and you can even make it a yearly one. However, the mode of attachment kind of missed the mark in my opinion. With tiny loops molded into the acrylic icicles, stringing them is quite easy; however, there is no way to connect them together like the pre-strung ones (see pics), and you're forced to string each piece to the main line. The pre-strung set comes with tiny metal rings that allow you to attach the crystals to the bottom of the snowflakes, but with the DIY pieces, you will need to use the string to attach the two. While it will work, it doesn't look nearly as nice. Can you buy the small metal rings? Sure, but if this was truly a set, you shouldn't have to...

This is an amazingly nice set of acrylic snowflakes, icicles and crystals. Some of the set come already assembled and part of the set are individual pieces that can be strung with the provided silver thread. The details on these ornaments are unusually good and they sparkle in the light. The seller has even included an instruction manuel that will walk you through putting the decorations together. Since these ornaments are acrylic they can be used outside without worry of them getting damaged by winter weather. You'll get enough items to decorate your tree, a wreath, a garland or your porch. One set of 42 will work well unless you want very full coverage or you have a larger area to cover. I'm very impressed with the quality and the amount of items that come in the set. I have only praise for this set. It's a winner all around.

These ornaments are really beautiful. They are a great size and the variety makes for an interesting arrangement on my tree. Not all of them came threaded, so I had to do that myself which was a bit of a chore, but not the worst thing in the world. I do wish they were slightly glittery or iridescent though. They don't stand out much on my tree and are hard to find. Would still recommend based on quality and product itself! Just not the look I had anticipated.
