JUNK - Lasted ONE WEEK!
Updated 4/19:Like my original review said, very easy to set up. But after just one week, the power unit started malfunctioning. First the E3 code saying the water was too hot. Then the bubbles would take a really long time to kick in, but when the E2 code (no water) started a few days later, it was impossible to restart it to get it working. I tried unplugging and waiting 15 mins, multiple times. But nothing worked.I called the customer service line for the product. They couldn’t/wouldn’t help. They told me to return it to Amazon for a refund. 🤬Looking at all the other 1 ⭐️ reviews posted on the past two weeks, it looks like lots of people have had similar problems.Original 4⭐️ review when it first arrived:It works great. They lost one star because the product description says 30”, but it’s only 24” deep. The hot tub was very easy to set up. Plug it in, press the INFLATE button and it inflates in about two minutes. Fill it with water and it’s ready to go after the water heats up. After it’s filled, the side walls are very sturdy. Probably strong enough for a small person to sit in. I filled it with the garden hose AND using a hose from the washing machine hot water hook up so it was warm enough to use without waiting for the unit heater to heat the water. It takes about an hour for the heater to raise the water temp 1-3 degrees. The bubbling feature has three settings. If the weather is cool, the bubbles will drop the water temperature because it’s basically blowing cold air through the water. The bubbling feature is noisy, but you get used to it.The floor is padded, so you’re not sitting on hard ground.I’ve gotten the E3 error message saying the water is too hot. I’m not sure the heater shuts off when it reaches the set temperature. I just power off the unit and then back on to remove the error message.Don’t forget, you’ll need to use spa water treatment products, and change the filter often to keep the water clear and prevent it from turning green with algae.

Was excited about it for the first couple days - then it sprung an air leak.
What I liked - arrived quickly, was pretty easy to assemble, was ready to use within a day (took a while to heat up), inflate function was simple and easy to do compared to a former Intex tub we previously had. Comfortable with a soft bottom and good bubbles>What I did not like - instructions are very sparse (e.g., I still don't know why there is a second place I can screw on a filter but only one filter comes with it, the container was missing the drain pipe. I also hoped there would be an inflatable thermal cover so the cover does not sag down and fill with rain (other brands include that). The legroom with one or 2 people in is sufficient but it is not really big enough for 6 people as advertised. If you don't use it every day, the heater will turn off and it can take a while to reheat (that might be a wise energy saving feature but an inconvenience when you are hoping for a hot spa right away). What flipped me from mostly positive to mostly negative - after using it only a couple of times and trying to take great care with it, I discovered that it almost completely deflated overnight after staying firm the first few days. Fortunately, I was able to find the small puncture hole; unfortunately, the patch kit which came with the product was pretty worthless. After letting it set any then blowing it up again, the patch began to peel leak and eventually just peal off. I tried twice and then decided to try some Flextape instead. That turned it from a quick leak to a much slower leak (I can't tell if it is from this same spot or another small hole I have not discovered yet.

Terrible experience with faulty product.
A huge regret of purchase, could not get use it a year after from moving, and finally was able to inflate the pool after getting all the needed water treatment solutions. It completely broke down after one time use. Totally sucks and should have listened to other buyers honest reviews on this product.

Waste of money!
Complete waste of money and time customer service sucks. They are not helpful whatsoever. I’m stuck with a hot tub now that I can’t use when I got in contact with them I thought I would be getting somewhere after getting the runaround and being told that they were checking to fix my hot tub with the warehouse then I was told after waiting almost a week for a response that the part is currently out of stock. I asked them to send me a new hot tub and never get a response back. It’s a waste of time. I cannot use my hot tub because the control center that heats it up. Doesn’t even work and is way over the temperature that it is, this is a hot tub. Don’t even buy it.

Had high hopes but will not last....
I bought this with high hopes that it would work out good but first off it came with 2 small holes in the bottom that immediately were leaking so we had to drain it and patch them with flex seal because the patches that came with didn't work. After we finally got it up and running we had to inflate a but every other day because air wouldn't stay in it, heater wouldn't keep up and stay above 90 to even enjoy the hot water but the bubbles and lights worked. After having up for about a month now it doesn't even work anymore, you turn on the heater and it just powers off and won't run and doesn't give any error codes either. After hundreds of dollars spent on new filters, cleaners and chemicals we no longer even have a hot tub to use them in. Total waste of money unless you just want a tub with bubbles and lights because that's the only thing that works on it now.

I've had others, this one is AMAZING!!!
Best inflatable hot tub I've tried. Also the pump and heater is half the size of the others and works faster for heating and inflating. I'd give 6 stars if I could!
