My parents dropped the AC remote too many times. Thanks to Amazon, I got a replacement in two days, insert batteries, works perfectly.

It works as well as the original.

We rent a new apartment with a/c that has all broken buttons. We don't know the model and can't find it.So decided to buy universal remote control and it works. Sometimes power on doesn't work quickly. Not sure if that's our a/c or remote control problem but it really save us.
