have to put it in the Ninja to mix it well enough...just shaking in a glass or water bottle doesn't break it up all the way. but it does give me the energy in the AM or before a workout

The flavor is great and it does provide lots of energy! I'm not sure that it provides any "burning."

This is great as a pre workout or even if you just need something in the morning to give you Energy. It didn’t make me jittery like every other pre workout I’ve had. Just have to be cautious and not take it to late in the day it will keep you up

This product is SUPER SWEET. Very difficult to drink 8-12 ozs. I’ll have to try 1/2 scoop.

It's hard to tell if this actually worked and it was pretty hard to get though the whole container because it has a strange taste.

This gives me the energy I need but I wish it came in different flavors. Variety is definitely needed. .
